Accounts Receivable Coordinator About the Company Our client is a successful nonprofit organization that has been in business for over 50 years. This is an ideal position for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who likes working in a collaborative environment. Accounts Receivable Coordinator Responsibilities The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will prepare daily deposits of checks and money orders The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for cash reporting Bill clients based on services provided Monitor the aging report Prepare journal entries and accruals The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will run unbilled revenue reports We are looking for an objective Accounts Receivable Coordinator who combines a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently or in a team setting. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
