Job Description
Candidate must have superior organizational and communicative skills, truly enjoy servicing our clients and producers and remain in good rapport with insurance company associates.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
All aspects of customer service, including but not limited to payment processing, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
: Promptly report claims to carriers and follow up as necessary
: Identify New business/Cross:Sell opportunities
: Collaborate with marketing department
: Complete comprehensive account reviews
: Serve as back:up to department coworkers

: Property and Casualty License
: 5 + years agency experience servicing personal lines clients
: Be dutiful of our fully:automated, paperless environment
: Must have a friendly, positive attitude and outlook
: Able to work independently and as a team player
: Experience in Applied TAM a plus
: Experience in Surplus/Excess Line Marketing also a plus
