Part-time 20 hours/week / Annual
Major Responsibilities:
• Under the supervision of the Program Manager, to provide technical, clerical and organizational support/assistance to the Early Intervention ( Birth-to-Three) Team as assigned
• Maintain Department of Developmental Services Birth to Three Program Databases
• Assure that all routine clerical tasks (phones, mail, filing, copying, etc.) are performed accurately, in a timely fashion, and in a manner that advances the efficiency of the office
• Prepare and send correspondence and materials
• Develop and maintain familiarity with agency programs, services, and activities
• Schedule appointments
• Work effectively in a team format to assure that all office functions are completed in a timely and quality manner
• Maintain effective working relationship with all agency personnel
• Demonstrate the ability to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

• High School Diploma
• High degree of computer literacy and technological competency
• Must be flexible, as well as demonstrate the capacity to multi-task and work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Ability to use standard office equipment
• Proven skills in problem solving, workflow management, and taking initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with others, build consensus and determine supplier-customer response
• Ability to gather and analyze data and make decisions based upon that information
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
• Willingness to go above and beyond when providing customer service
• Knowledge of CT Birth to Three system preferred
• Ability to follow through and complete tasks and obligations
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible
