Meaningful Practices for a Happy Mind~ Ongoing Sundays: 10:30am - 12:00pm at Odiyana Center, East Hartford

Through the practice of meditation, we can develop and maintain a peaceful state of mind. When our mind is peaceful, even for a brief period of time, we are happy. The more our mind is peaceful then, the happier we are. If we train in meditation, we can enjoy our mind more and more and experience our world in a deeply meaningful way.

Classes include guided meditations, practical advice and time for discussion and questions.

These classes are perfect for newcomers or experienced meditators. Everyone welcome!

$10 per class- no one turned away for lack of funds
