This is the right opportunity for you if you are: Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environmentHighly self motivated and directedHave a keen attention to detailEnergetic and passionate about training and sharing of knowledgeOpen to learning and developing cutting edge technology solutions and ideasInterested and enjoy being a part of an outstanding team of professionals As a Trainer for Community Health Center, you will:Provide on:site and virtual training support to clinical staff in the usage of the EHR, EHR related:tools, and other business applicationsTrain users on software applications at all levels of the organization and all CHC site locations, with focus on the EHR and New Hire Technical TrainingTrain multi:disciplinary clinical users on clinical workflows and policies as related to clinical applicationsAssess clinical training needs, communicate needs to direct manager and clinical supervisors, and clinical chiefsUtilize multiple delivery methods for staff training such as face:to:face, classroom, virtual, eLearning, online, and blendedUtilize the tools of the day to develop training curriculum for adult learners, such as PowerPoint, MS Office, Adobe Captivate, SnagIt, HealthStream, and othersWork with CHC Training Group team to look for innovative products and training methods to improve our delivery methods and meet the needs of a growing organizationProvide implementation training support for business re:engineering projects to include needs assessment, training, and evaluation of competenciesComplete daily administrative tasks to include training prep, instructional design, schedule management, and documentation of end:user supportAttend training:related conferences, webinars, and workshops Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of an AssociateA?s degree is required, with 5 years of work experience in end:user software training and/or software implementation training supportA minimum of 2 years of experience in providing end:user application training or training support to adult learners A minimum of 1 year of experience in curriculum designDemonstrated utilization of strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability of utilizing critical thinking and listening skillsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve end:user application related:issuesDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a teamDemonstrated ability to learn new applications, as well as a demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to end:usersDemonstrated ability to produce and maintain end:user training materialsDemonstrated ability to manage ever:growing training requirements and or
