Position: CNC Turning Programmer
Employee Type: Full:Time
Polamer Precision is looking for experienced aerospace manufacturing Turning CNC Programmer with 3+ years experience writing CNC programs for lathe, etc. Candidate should demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects. Company offers state of the art environment.
:Demonstrate proficiency with MasterCam and/or NX
:Experience in using Solid Works is desired
:Ability to read engineering prints and design documentation, including the ability to understand GD and T
:Develop work:holding fixtures and select cutting tools
:Must have ability to adjust speeds, feeds, tooling and operating sequences as needed and analyze G code
:Specify perishable tooling and capable fixturing while applying continuous improvements to the manufacturing process.
:Have advanced knowledge of metal cutting as well as the ability to select and recommend test tooling
:Multi:Axis and Multi:Spindle experience a plus
:Integrate work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Scheduling Department to ensure a smooth flow of quality products though the factoryCompany Description:/h3:
