This is a unique development role where your analytical skills can help shape our quality roadmap and enable higher customer satisfaction. This role will provide an opportunity to work directly with application teams and IT Leaders to drive identified improvements. This candidate will be working with a Senior QA Lead to analyze projects and data to identify potential areas of improvement within a given set of applications. Primary Responsibilities: * Perform quality assessments and document findings * Provide input into domain quality roadmaps * Interpreting analytical data from multiple data sources and prepare findings document/presentation * Review project artifacts for adherence to best practices * Gather Voice of the customer feedback * Develop improvement plans based on analytical data and tie improvement plans with data points * Work within an agile environment and provide daily updates on progress * Understand opportunities for enhanced automation and continuous integration Required Qualifications: * Bachelors' Degrees or equivalent experience * Experience with data, metrics and basic analysis (Data Analysis/Statistical analysis) * Experience with preparing presentations * Problem Solving/Investigative skills * Knowledge of SDLC - Agile and/or Waterfall Methodologies * Knowledge of Microsoft office products is required. Proficient in MS excel Preferred Qualifications: * Awareness of Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL methodology * Awareness of quality and/or testing * Awareness with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) * Awareness of tools like Service Now, Rally (CA Agile Central), HP ALM * Interpersonal skills - strong communication skills Technology Careers with Optum.
