Customer Service Manager

If so, The McIntyre Group has partnered with a well:known corporation within the Fairfield County area that is seeking a motivated Customer Service Manager to join their high volume customer service team Compensation will depend on experience but starting at 90k plus bonus and a phenomenal benefit package.
Responsibilities:
:Engage with your Agents:This not only helps in gaining feedback, but it also makes your agents feel that their voice is being heard, their opinions matter and they play a critical role in the organization.
:Focus on Agent Engagement and Retention: Incentivizing agents based on transparent reward systems motivate agents to actively engage in customer service process.
:Provide Targeted Coaching: Apart from routine training and coaching practices, successful contact center managers work with agents to review issues that arise during a particular call.
:Review Workforce Management:precisely predict how many agents are required to meet call demand in the light of spikes in call volume without over:staffing or under:staffing.
Requirements:
:Bachelors Degree preferred or DOE.
:Experience working in food, beverage, beauty or packaged goods a must.
:Experience managing a large call center/customer service center.
:Strong experience working within a high volume call center environment.
:Heavy experience interacting between sales, marketing and supply chain.
:Knowledge of supply chain operations.
