Customer Service Representative
Toyota of Wallingford is in search of a Customer Service Representative to assist our BDC (Business Development Department) in creating appointments by utilizing both phone and internet strategies.

If you have exceptional communication skills, excel in customer service, and have a pleasant phone voice we want to hear from you. Prior automotive BDC/Internet sales experience or telemarketing is a real plus but we will train the right candidate We have found that the best customer service representatives have experience in food service, hospitality, telemarketers, and former military.

This is a vital and high accountability position within our organization that will focus on customer service and appointment generation in our Business Development Call Center.

Job Requirements
Self:starter, motivated and confident
Great communication skills both in person and over the phone and via email
Solid computer aptitude/skills
The ability to multi:task
Proven ability to exceed our daily outbound calls requirement
Proven ability to set and confirm appointments
Solid ability to maintain better than average set to show ratios
Proven phone handling skills in a fast paced environment
Ability and desire to learn and excel
