The Inside Sales Specialist role for Artis Energy Solutions is a key position that will be tasked with effectively managing :: and supporting the growth of :: the companys energy services offerings, including our proprietary software platform as well as comprehensive energy efficiency solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for lead generation and associated outbound marketing initiatives designed to secure qualified leads and account information on behalf of the Artis Energy Solutions sales team. The Specialist will work closely with the Vice President of Sales in the prioritization and scheduling of all Inside Sales activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Specialist is a key role that will be tasked with providing hands:on management and work with our Energy Analyst for lead generation on all outbound marketing and lead:generation activities. This includes assisting with the organization of tasks, time, resources and people to achieve the business and revenue goals of Artis Energy Solutions.
:Oversee, schedule and manage all call lists provided by Project Manager and/or Program Specialist
:Develop and refine scripts to support lead generation initiatives
:Assist with the review of billing data, interval load data and associated account information in the delivery of lead generation requirements, as required
:Establish work schedule to ensure a minimum number of outbound calls and/or emails are made daily and weekly
:Review and, as required, enhance databases designed to support outbound activities, including lead generation
:Review with management effectiveness of all Inside Sales activities, and prepare reports as required
:Establish schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure goals and objectives are consistently met
:Maintain and continually refine project work schedule to deliver maximum results
:Ensure communication channels remain open between the sales manager(s), support staff, and management
:Support managements documentation and reporting requirements, including progress reports and results
Key Requirements
The Inside Sales Specialist position requires proven project management and/or customer service experience, preferably within the energy or energy services industries. Experience working in the energy efficiency field, and a college degree, is preferred. This position also requires:
:Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, customer service or related disciplines
:A collaborative approach to problem:solving and support a diverse team of professionals, including operations and sales personnel is essential
:An understanding of deregulated energy markets
:Strong organization, planning and communication skills, as well as attention to detail
:Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable account management platforms
:Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate initiative and consistently meet deadlines
:Team player with a customer first attitude and the ability to work constructively with diverse stakeholders in a fast:paced environment
:Proven experience working on multiple projects concurrently
