Marketing and Customer Service Lead
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large marketing firm in Central Meriden. We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing and Retention Officer to work on the our clients biggest retention projects to date. In this role you will contribute to the growth of net income by taking responsibility for campaign coordination activity for retention, ensuring all commissioned activity is carried out on time, within budgets and to agreed standards.
Your Marketing and Retention Officer role will involve the following duties:
:
To be responsible for day:to:day running of retention campaigns through Direct Marketing and other appropriate channels to achieve sign ups.
:
Use creative approaches to interact with customers via face to face marketing to maximize campaign outcome and produce high level retention through customer sign ups.
:
Working against time frames, deadlines and to budgets, you will monitor and track your own progress in order to achieve agreed objectives set by our clients.
:
Provides information for budget setting and monthly forecasting.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
:
Knowledge of key marketing principles and techniques, including any direct marketing and face to face customer service experience.
:
Understanding of the use and potential of CRM databases, including the principles of direct marketing.
:
Experience of direct marketing to individuals, this can be in customer service, promotions, advertising, retail, events, sales, estate agency, recruitment.
:
Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
:
Excellent English, verbal and written.
:
Confident communicator.
:
Excited and enthusiastic, self starter.
:
A key team player.
:
Can comfortably commute to the Meriden area.
We would prefer some experience working in a customer based environment, however no necessary experience is required as the successful candidate will be enrolled onto our industry training program, where we will provide you with the tools and ongoing support for you to achieve success with us.
