Qualifications

Persuasive phone skills an absolute necessity
:
Successful Automotive Business Development Center and/or Call Center experience required.
:
Retail Automotive Sales and/or F and I experience recommended.
:
Overall Knowledge of Service Department Operations recommended.
:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast:paced environment.
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
:
Exceptional customer service skills.
:
Organization and Time management Skills.
:
Demonstrate understanding and application of effective appointment setting strategies and techniques.

Flexible schedule and availability.
:
College degree is a plus.
Duties and Requirements
:
:
Learn and be able to execute all aspects of a BDR, Team Leader, and BDM
:
Assure adherence to our existing BDC methods and processes.
:
Oversee entire BDC operation in reviewing and developing BDC staff.
:
Proven and verifiable record of managing, coaching, developing, and motivating others.
:
Recruit, assess, hire, and monitor BDC staff performance.
:
Train BDC staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomes.
:
Interface regularly with various dealership management personnel.
:
Coordinate campaign marketing efforts with dealership management.
:
Participate in dealership management meetings.
Responsibilities
:
:
Ensure all word:tracks are applicable to their application. Modify where needed.
:
Assure all customer interaction are recorded into CRM or otherwise.
:
Maintain adherence to all required Internet Lead response times and scrubbing.
:
Compile all necessary reports and for Principals and General Managers.
