<p>This Office Administrator position&nbsp;working for a private lake community is a part time position of 15 - 20 hours per week.&nbsp; The applicant will be responsible for managing all community business directed through the office.&nbsp; Applicant will report to the community President of the Board of Directors<br /> <br /> <strong>Responsibilities Include</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitating all correspondence with community residents for all inquiries and requests</li> <li>Managing general office activity</li> <li>Payment and recording of all community invoices</li> <li>Depositing and recording of all community receipts&lt;/li> <li>Processing weekly payroll</li> <li>Running of monthly financial reports</li> </ul> <br /> <strong>Required Skills:</strong> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Quick Books is a must</li> <li>Use of Microsoft Outlook applications</li> <li>General bookkeeping concepts</li> <li>Good organizational and communication skills</li> </ul> .
