​5​ - Title (​we will order on refi's)

​6​ - LLC Docs, only if title held in corp name, (filing receipt, articles certificate in good standing)

​7​ - Application filled out

8 - Contract, if a purchase

9 - Two month's most recent bank statement to show down payment and/or two months PITI
