REQUIRMENTS but not limited to:
:Effective management of day to day operations
:Culinary Training Experience in banquet production and presentations.
:Prior track record of employment stability.
:Knowledge of quality in all aspects of food service, ordering, specifying, storage, cooking
:Good communication skills, listening, writing and speaking in English to be able to communicate with management and team members.
:Assists in training all culinary staff in proper preparation, quality and presentation of all menu items.
:Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
:Good Sanitary Practices.
:Creative with high professionalism showing leadership
:Knowledge of food trends and menu design.
:Ensures and hold staff responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
:Able to lift 50lbs
:Available nights / weekends
