Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overall operations of the restaurant; staffing, kitchen operations and quality, cleanliness, customer experience and sales. Manages the operations according to policies and procedures, and local health department requirements. Provides leadership, support and guidance to staff to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience in a safe and sanitary environment while growing the business through community involvement and a marketing strategy. Maintains records of revenue, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, DPH inspections, maintenance and equipment issues and repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
:Owns the house by managing all aspects of the FOH and BOH
:Manages labor effectively including proper staffing levels
:Oversees cost of goods sold to ensure inventory and ordering are at appropriate levels
:Drives business to the restaurant through community involvement
:Trains the Assistant Managers
:Manages the BOH staff
:Oversees the recruitment, interviewing, selection and training of all new hires
:Identifies top employees on staff and manages performance
:Inspects restaurant for safety, cleanliness and hazards
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
:2:5 years Restaurant Management experience, preferably in a multi:unit business
:Experience managing the operations of a restaurant(s) including all processes related to the production of food and areas of loss and wasteCompany Description:/h3:
