This is an old Caloric gas cooking stove. It has a small upper oven, a 4 burner top, and a lower oven. It would be good for a hunting cabin, a vacation cottage, or something like that. The lower oven does not work. The upper oven works perfectly. The burners also work. I am getting a new range and would like to give this one to someone who could use it. Phone 860-896-5460. 1952 Frigidaire RO-60 Electric Range with the "Wonder Oven" made by General Motors Corp. My family used this stove for the past 30 years at our house in VT. About 6 months ago the oven stopped working so we brought the stove home to CT to sell. In transit we had some issues and my father backed into it with his truck and dented the front of it as you can see in the picture. This stove needs some work, but when we looked 6 months ago it was worth a few thousand dollars. Right now it's doing nothing but taking up room in the garage. Still have the manual and I believe all the parts $500 firm.

The Arched Metal Gel Franklin Stove features a nostalgic design with cast paw legs and decorative stovepipe. Includes oak-look double log.

Please note the words "decorative stovepipe." Remember your gel fuel produces no smoke so this is just a fake stovepipe that helps create the illusion... the pipe doesn't actually have a function beyond that.

No permanent installation or venting needed- set it against the wall, against wallpaper, even over carpet. Move it from room to room as desired.

Since there is no chimney or vent, you can only burn smokeless items-- gelled alcohol fuel, or candles if heat is not desired. Firebox is rated to 10,000 btu so it can handle up to three cans of fuel burning at once one can puts out 3000btu of heat. Gel fuel throws off quite a lot of heat, but the fireplace is not designed as a heat source except in emergencies; it is primarily a beautiful decorative focal point for your room, with the added benefit of a fun real fire from time to time.

The gel fuel makes quite a nice big yellow flame, with realistic crackling sounds. The cans are well hidden behind the log. To turn off the flame, put the lid back on the can and save it to reuse later. Comes with Ceramic log, Decorative pine tree insert, Decorative stove pipe, 2 cans of Gel Fuel.Fuel can be purchased at a few stores in the state or on line. Asking $160.
