I am seeking a responsible roommate to share my home in Tolland. I am a professional 31 year old male, clean, respectful......I'm very laid-back and easy to get along with. The house is a three bedroom cape on about an acre of land. Its located in a very quiet neighborhood about 3 miles off of exit 67 on 84. The commuter lot of right off the exit and I'm located about 15-20 minutes from both UCONN and Hartford. Included in the $500 I'm asking is all utilities, cable internet, washer/dryer, use of grill, fireplace, etc.

We can do a month by month type of arrangement, all I ask is that I have at least a month's notice if your planning on leaving (6+ month commitment would be ideal.) I do have an indoor/outdoor cat, and would be open if you have pets as well....male or female are welcome.
