All boxing, kickboxing and MMA workout classes are one hour long, co-ed and cater to all fitness and skill levels unless otherwise stated on our schedule. The LA Boxing Workout mirrors an actual boxing, kickboxing or mixed martial arts bout with five, three-minute rounds separated by one-minute active breaks and burns on average 800-1000 calories. Using a heavy bag, the workout builds cardio endurance and muscle tone. The concept is quite unique in that it teaches proper punching and kicking form and basic fighting techniques while offering a full-body workout. Classes are scheduled at convenient times and are taught in a group setting to boost participation and intensity.

LA Boxing also offers a full range of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. Personal equipment needed for classes include: hand wraps, boxing gloves and comfortable workout attire. We'll lend you some gloves and wraps the first time if you want to come check out a class for yourself!
